Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential international markets for PNG and CNG products

2. Develop effective sales and marketing strategies based on competition and industry dynamics

3. Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and conduct product demonstrations

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposals, contracts, and deal closures

5. Develop marketing strategies and impactful campaigns for international markets

6. Execute marketing initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and collaborate with the marketing team

7. Nurture long-term relationships with existing international clients

8. Conduct client meetings to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

+. Gather feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and improve customer experience

10. Set targets and prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and identify improvement areas

11. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for sales objectives

Job Specifications:

1. B.Tech with specialization in a relevant field

2. MBA with a focus on sales, marketing, or international business

3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of PNG and CNG products, including their applications and benefits

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions to clients

5. Proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the energy sector or related industries

6. Proficiency in market research techniques and data analysis

7. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies

8. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

+. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
