Job Title: Process Trainer
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing training curriculum, maintaining knowledge management systems, and conducting training sessions. They will also be accountable for batch performance, attend client-led TTTs, and participate in trainer calibration.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employee competence
• Maintain accurate records of training delivery and evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
