Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Prioritize tasks to ensure prompt response and follow-up.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
Stay updated on industry best practices and customer service trends.
Key Requirements:
- Freshers must have their graduation mark sheet
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the International Chat Process or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international experience is preferred.
Interview Process:
HR Round: Initial screening and discussion of the role and benefits.
Ops Interview: Assessing your process knowledge and ability to handle customers.
