Conduct outbound calls to candidates to discuss job opportunities.
Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and update records regularly.
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Hiring can
Requirements
1+ years of experience in recruiting, telesales, tele-calling, or related fields or Fresher with good communication skills can apply for the same profile.
Strong communication skills in English
Confidence and professionalism when speaking with candidates over the phone.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Flexible working hours (depending on time zones).(Morning shift only )
