Salary :

: Voice Process - 22k in hand + Performance incentives

: Experience : Chat Process - 24k to 31k in hand (30% hike on last drawn)+ Performance incentives

: Voice Process - 26k to 32k in hand (30% hike on last drawn) + Performance incentives
