- Proven
customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

- Track
record of over-achieving quota

- Strong
phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Customer
orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Excellent
communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:-

- Contact
potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

- Answer
questions about products or the company

- Ask
questions to understand customer requirements

- Enter
and update customer information in the database

- Take
and process orders in an accurate manner

- Handle
grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

- Keep
records of calls and sales and note useful information

Location: Surat

Salary: 18,000
to - 35,000.00 /month

Working
Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
