Designation: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Experience: Fresher, 6 months - 4 Years Qualification: HSC Above Process: Inbound Process Timings: 4:30 pm- 12:30 am {Evening shift} 6:30 pm 2:30 am {Evening shift} 12:30 am- 8:30 am {Night Shift} Shift: 24*7 process. Rotational shift.8 hours shift. Week Offs: Rotational week offs. 6-week offs in a month Work Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai(shifting to Vashi within 2 months) Location boundaries: AIROLI, VASHI, PANVEL, TALOJA PHASE 1 AND ULWE One side pick or drop facility is available as per the shift.
