Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from UK-based customers.
• Assist customers with queries, complaints, and technical support.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
• Follow company guidelines and service protocols to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is a plus.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in UK shift timings.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
