Internal Communications Coordinator
The Internal Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting a broad range of internal communications activity across Hato Hone St John. This is a busy and fast-paced role which supports the team with administration, content management and creation and contributes to the delivery of our communications strategy.
Provide key support to the Internal Communications Manager to ensure the successful delivery of internal communication channels, projects, campaigns and initiatives.
Alongside the Internal Communications Specialist, keep org wide internal communication channels up to date with inspiring, fresh and audience centric content.
Support the Communications Business Partner - Ambulance Operations on delivery of key comms channels and projects.
Provide key administrative support to the Commuinications function. Activities include coordinating stats and reports, maintaining the content calendar and library, minute taking and updating comms collateral.
Contribute to content gathering and research for internal bulletins, memos, publications and reports.
The role is based from our offices in Ellerslie - Auckland.
