Intern - Human Resource

Location - Webel IT Park, BN +, Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata - 7000+1.

Salary: ₹ 3,000.00 - ₹ 6,000.00 per month

Responsiblities:

1. Design and update job description.

2. Source potential candidates by using job portals and from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linked in)

3. Tie up and Coordination with various institutes and colleges for hiring purpose

4. Calling candidates and arranging interviews

5. Candidate management on floor

6. Assisting in Joining and Exit Formalities

7. Drafting mails for hiring as well as employee management purpose

8. Attendance and Leave management

+. Preparation of reports related to Human Resource

10. Handling HRMS software

Requirements:

1. Graduate freshers

2. Relevant certification course. MBA would be a good addition.

3. Should be good at operating MS Office mainly MS Word and MS Excel

4. Good Communication

Period of Internship - 3 months
