Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Interior Designer at MOJIKA GROUP OF REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for space planning, creating architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, and implementing interior design concepts. You will also be involved in selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) for various projects.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture
• Experience in creating Construction Drawings
• Proficiency in Interior Design concepts and principles
• Knowledge of FFE selection and implementation
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools
• Experience working in the Real Estate or Construction industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in Interior Design or related field
