Inside Sales Specialist
• Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed in the system
• Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher-end seats or suggesting VIP tickets
• Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for each event
• Inform customers of alternative events, concerts or promotions if they are unable to book the tickets they originally wanted
• Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
• Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
• Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
• Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
