Responsibilities:
hands-on experience with Windows, Network, Office 365, VMware, Storage, Backups, Linux, and automation. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in ITIL processes.Lead and manage the infrastructure team to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. · Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, Linux, Office 365, VMware environments, storage solutions, and backup systems. · Understanding Network components, Design and Architecture · Drive the automation track for Infra Towers to streamline operations. · Customer coordination for Service request, Incident and Change management · Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management. · Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance. · Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to support business objectives and projects. · Advise, mentor team for service and process improvements · Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes, procedures, and configurations. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. · Good communication, presentation and project management skills · Status updates from Weekly review meeting with Stakeholders · DC and BCP activities coordination with multiple stakeholders · Ticket lifecycle management, attending ticket calls, driving within teams · Flexible to work in shifts and across various locations in India
