Hiring for Financial Markets Support Specialist for our company, Nerve Solutions.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 0 - 1 year

Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Work Mode - Hybrid

Nerve Solutions is a team of engineers creating products for real time risk management and surveillance in financial markets allowing market participants to identify and quantify risk and anomalies in live markets and take corrective actions at sub-second speeds.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the workings and dynamics of financial markets and trading in various segments, including Equities, FNO, and Currency.
• Conduct thorough testing of software and hardware products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Install and configure products at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on trading platforms to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Continuously monitor system performance and market conditions during shift hours to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide exceptional client support by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to trading systems and market operations.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Proficient in SQL and capable of using it for system analysis and issue resolution
• Solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
