Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Professionals to join our growing team. Multiple positions are open, including Sales Managers, Executives, and MBA Interns.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B technology sales and a passion for consultative selling. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through strategic, solution-oriented sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities – IT Sales Team
• Own and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities across domestic and international markets
• Present tailored solutions in custom software, AI tools, email marketing platforms, and related services
• Engage with decision-makers, including CXOs, and deliver compelling product demonstrations
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create high-conversion proposals and sales pitches
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM reporting
• Contribute to overall sales strategy, process improvements, and revenue planning
• Perform cold calling, outbound outreach, and multi-channel lead generation
• Conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to convert leads into customers
• Drive revenue optimization through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Support client onboarding, including business account registration and basic handholding
• Deliver consistent month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter revenue growth
• Manage client accounts, including follow-up on pending payments and renewals
• Analyze and act on new sales opportunities and market trends
• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that generate qualified leads
• What You’ll Be Selling:
• End-to-end campaign management systems for SMBs
• Email marketing platform subscriptions
• Performance marketing services
• WhatsApp Business API solutions
• Custom marketing software and AI tools (case-by-case)
• Set and execute monthly/quarterly revenue plans and targets
• Lead and manage a team (if assigned post-performance evaluation) to meet collective sales goals
• Participate in online bidding, tenders, and government contracts, including Agency of Record (AOR) roles for large organizations
Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in software services, SaaS, or performance marketing domains
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong sales capability in:
• Custom Software Projects
• Marketing and Performance Marketing Services
• Subscription and SaaS Platform Sales
• AI Tooling Sales
• Demand Generation for AI products across new client segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to independently manage long and complex sales cycles
• Proficient in using CRM systems, proposal tools, and sales automation platforms
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA preferred for Manager-level roles
