Salary range: $67,525 - $71,+0+ (pro rata)

About the role:

As the Information Management Officer, you will assist in contributing to the efficient operation of the City’s records management program in order to support the business and meet regulatory requirements for record keeping and records management. This is a part time role, working 2 days per week between the hours of approximately 8:30am till 4:30pm.

What you will need to succeed:

You will align with our values and be able to demonstrate:

2 years of experience working in an electronic records management environment (preferred).
Ability to effectively work independently and within a small team environment.
Well-developed computer literacy skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to initiate and act on opportunities for process improvement.
