Job Overview: We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator
campaigns, drive UGC content, and scale brand advocacy at SkinInspired. You'll
manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, optimize for performance, and build a
strong creator community that reflects our luxury skincare values. Ideal for someone
strategic, creative, and deeply plugged into beauty culture.
Responsibilities
1.Influencer Strategy Planning
• Own the influencer strategy across Instagram, YouTube emerging platforms like Threads, Pinterest WhatsApp communities
• Build annual/monthly calendars in sync with NPDs, campaigns, events, and brand moments
• Identify and build relationships with top-tier creators, dermatologists, and micro-influencers in the skincare/beauty space
• Segment influencers based on campaign goals (UGC, reach, engagement, conversions)
2. Campaign Execution
• Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns (gifting, paid, barter, affiliate)
• Brief creators with clear USPs, talking points, and do’s/don’ts aligned to SkinInspired's tone
• Ensure timely content delivery, approval, posting, and compliance (includingASCI guidelines)
• Track creator performance and maintain a real-time dashboard of results (views,CTRs, ROAS, content quality)
3. Community Creator Programs
• Build and nurture SkinInspired’s Creator Club / Ambassador Program
• Run quarterly engagement initiatives, content contests, and IRL events with top
• creators
• Collaborate with performance and retention teams for influencer-led campaigns (coupon codes, link tracking, WhatsApp drops)
4. Analytics Reporting
• Own monthly performance reporting: ROI per creator, cost per reach/engagement/sale
• Use tools like Qoruz, Modash, or in-house dashboards to track data
• Regularly audit creator quality, engagement authenticity, and community feedback
Qualifications
• 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing at a D2C beauty/luxury/FMCG brand or agency
• Proven success in building high-performing influencer funnels
• Strong understanding of Gen Z and millennial digital behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance goals
• Bonus: Experience working with creators in regional languages or Tier 2/3 cities
