Job description
We're seeking a licensed Industrial Plumber to join our client's team in West Carleton, ON. As an Industrial Plumber, you'll play a key role in supporting our client's production operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and safety-conscious environment.

What We Offer:
• Salary: $70,000 - $75,000/year
• Job Type/Shift: Full-time, on-site, permanent

What You’ll Do:
• Install and maintain plumbing systems in mobile, shipboard, and permanent water treatment setups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet daily targets and project deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for safety and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and cross-department collaboration.
• Support safe work practices and comply with relevant plumbing codes and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• Red Seal Certification in Plumbing (required).
• 5+ years of plumbing experience, ideally within manufacturing, water treatment, or environmental systems.
• Experience working with modular, mobile, or containerized systems.
• Knowledge of Ontario plumbing code and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work alongside engineering and QA teams.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a hands-on, shop-floor production environment.
• Experience in a cross-functional production team, ideally in a regulated or standards-driven environment (e.g., environmental services, military, mining, or industrial water treatment).
