Industrial Mechanic

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Mechanic to join our team! As a key player in our operations, you’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure our machinery runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
• Assist with the installation and testing of new machinery.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and comply with all company safety policies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficiently use hand tools and basic power tools to complete tasks.
• Work well in a team environment while being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for record-keeping and reporting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year may be required.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

Highly Valued Skills:
• Welding and fabricating experience is a plus.
• Previous experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience estimating industrial mechanical projects.
• Applicable certifications.

Requirements:
• Proven mechanical experience or relevant certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
