Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Train new staff members on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen procedures.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Experience
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A passion for cooking and helping others develop their skills in the kitchen.
