Brand Messaging Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Messaging Specialist to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a skilled writer who thrives on turning complex ideas into persuasive, human copy that speaks directly to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with brand and content marketing leads to evolved messaging frameworks and tone guidelines. They will also be responsible for tailoring content for different personas within the ICP and adjusting tone and messaging based on funnel stage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all content and channels.
• Collaborating with brand and content marketing leads to evolved messaging frameworks and tone guidelines.
• Writing high-quality copy for various formats, including sales enablement content, customer success materials, ad creatives, social media posts, web copy, and video scripts.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Native-level fluency in English and deep familiarity with U.S. market language nuances.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing clear, engaging, AP-style copy across digital assets.
• A portfolio showcasing original work with examples of brand, sales, and social content.
