Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to focus on employment and family-based immigration matters. This position emphasizes expertise in EB-5 filings and related visa categories. Strong candidates will have experience in H, L, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, and PERM.
• Lead and contribute to the growth of the firm’s EB-5 practice
• Prepare and submit petitions to USCIS for EB-5 projects and individual investors (e.g., I-526, I-82+)
• Draft and file immigration petitions for categories including H, L, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, and PERM
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
Requirements
• J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school with active California Bar admission
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with technology and legal tools
• Ability to quickly and accurately analyze complex legal materials
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and energy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented and capable of thriving in a collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience practicing immigration law
• Fluency in Mandarin or another foreign language
