Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Equipment Support Maintenance Assist in the daily maintenance and repairs of production machinery (e.g., conveyors, packaging machines, mixers, labeling machines). Help execute preventive maintenance schedules as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor equipment performance and report irregularities or breakdowns. Technical Assistance Support electricians, fitters, and technicians during installations or breakdowns. Provide assistance during mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Participate in equipment overhauls during planned shutdowns. Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (work orders, maintenance logs, etc.). Report potential hazards or performance issues to the supervisor. Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow lockout/tagout procedures. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized maintenance workshop. Spare Parts Inventory Help monitor and manage spare parts stock levels. Retrieve tools and components as required for maintenance tasks.

Position: Hydraulic Technician

Department: Mechanical Maintenance

Location: Mundra , Gujarat

Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year, Extendable)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2+Years

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, motors, cylinders, hoses)
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic failuresPerform preventive maintenance
• Fabricate and assemble hydraulic lines and power units
• Maintain service records and parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineering/maintenance teams for system upgrades
• Operate tools like pressure gauges, torque wrenches, and flow meters
