HVAC SALES
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand customer HVAC needs.
Prepare and present accurate sales proposals, including pricing, specifications, and timelines.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams for seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and marketing events as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
3 to 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
Valid driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC solutions and green building practices.
Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC markets.
