Humanities Teacher

What you’ll be doing:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people.
Foster a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success.
Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
A teaching degree or equivalent and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC is ideal but applications from those working in mainstream settings are very welcome
Experience in teaching Humanities National Curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
