Position: HR Intern
Location: Bhubaneswar (Remote)
Duration: 3-6 months
Stipend: Up to ₹3,000-₹7,000 per month + Telephone bill reimbursement up to ₹500 per month

SkillQuest Learnings is a growing IT Training firm that provides innovative solutions in software development, cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity. We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Roles Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and software development roles.
• Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and offer letters.
• Support payroll processing and leave management tracking.
• Conduct market research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Address employee queries and provide administrative support in HR functions.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate discipline with a strong motivation to build a career in the HR field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in IT recruitment and HR technology tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
