Excellent Opportunity to join a solid, successful and expanding manufacturer in the Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada area. Looking for an experienced Generalist ready to move into an HR Manager role, or an HR Manager looking for an excellent culture that encourages collaboration and allows for HR to have a "seat at the table"!
Basic Duties will include:
• Oversight of HR Team - Generalist, and HR Administrative Assistant
• Benefit Coordination
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations
• Recruiting and Onboarding
• Staff Training and Development
• Compensation Administration
• Retention/Compliance/Administration of HR Policies, Procedures, and Programs
• Collaborates with Management in the design and implementation of New Programs
• Participates in Analysis and Recommendations of current existing Programs
Qualifications:
• Experience with Paychex or similar Payroll HRIS system
• Solid Experience with Applicant Tracking Software
• Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Laws
• Full Cycle Recruiting, including Onboarding
• Microsoft 365 / Excel (including formulas, charts, etc.)
• Must have proven Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and encourage employees towards Company initiatives and Culture
