Roles and Responsibilities
Chronus is looking for an HR Manager to lead our team in Chennai and Hyderabad. This role reports to the Vice President of People Experience and DEI. Our people operations team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Chronus is revolutionizing the talent development industry. You will help find, grow and keep remarkable assemblage of talent and will be a champion of Chronus’ culture and values, partnering with our key business leaders to help them build their organizations and drive all people decisions helping to make Chronus an employer of choice.
Responsibilities
• Manage HR processes for our employees in the engineering organization in an effective, efficient and appropriate-to-Chronus manner. This includes employee on-boarding, performance management, talent mapping, exits, leave of absence, and relocation
• Support in analysis of key people metrics and provide insights in a way that is helps create and implement a robust talent management strategy for the business
• Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues and facilitate interview and hiring discussions
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and serve as the primary HR contact to manage day-to-day HR policies and programs
• Act as a strategic thought partner, consultant, and advisor to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensure legal compliance is managed throughout
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
• Lead the annual performance bonus and incentive policies and pay-outs for employees
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide employee internal development opportunities
• Create an efficient performance management model that aligns with the needs of the company.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance
