The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Develop effective partnerships with employees, managers, and leadership with cross functions and ensure a positive work environment.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Develop and propose various employee recognition programs
• Support organizational efforts toward employee engagement and build relationships to develop engaging programs.
• Prepare all type of registers in Payroll.
• Submit All type of Return in payrolls accoring law monthly , Quarterly and yearly return
Qualifications
• MBA in (HR) preferred.
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF, BONUS etc.
• Knowledge to submit PF , ESI and LWF challan
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel Knowlegde preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience preferred.
Salary is negotiable as per deserving candidates.
