Roles and Responsibilities
• Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Maintains compliance with federal state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
Candidate Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• A minimum of Five years of human resource management in IT Industry experience preferred. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
