Job Overview:Employee Relations :
Must have extensive experience in coaching, counseling, disciplinary and re-structuring in compliance with local employment laws and in line with corporate and local country policies.
Strong knowledge and experience in developing policies and procedures
Talent Strategy :
Support implementation of Talent Strategy for businesses in partnership with the leadership team
Exceptional collaboration skills which help co-create agenda and plans in consultation with business and other HR stakeholders
Employee Engagement Connect :
Lead and anchor all engagement initiatives, action planning, leadership connect and communication initiatives
People analytics :
draw meaningful insights that will inform talent decisions at every level
Build and Grow HR and recruitment Team-Grow talent acquisition team to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings, while coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Head Hunting :
An integral part of the job will be headhunting for leadership team.
Education and experience
3+ years of progressive HR experience in global environment
