• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the hiring, well-being, grievance handling, payroll processing, compliance, and vendor management related to our field staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute hiring strategies through recruitment agencies and direct channels
• Build a pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled workers to meet business needs
• Partner with government skilling programs, NGOs, and ITIs for recruitment
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process, including document verification and induction
• Act as the point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair resolution
• Conduct regular town halls and engagement activities to boost morale
• Implement disciplinary actions as per labour laws and company policies

Payroll Compliance:
• Oversight of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements
• Ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations
• Maintenance of records related to overtime, contract labour, and statutory benefits

Compliance Legal Coordination:
• Stay updated on state and central labour laws, ensuring company-wide adherence
• Handling government inspections, audits, and compliance documentation

Vendor Contract Labour Management:
• Management of third-party manpower vendors, ensuring service quality and legal compliance
• Negotiation of vendor contracts and oversight of workforce supply agreements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of HR experience, with expertise in blue-collar workforce management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, wage structures, and compliance requirements in India
• Experience in bulk hiring, vendor management, and payroll processing
• Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and Excel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
