Human Resources Intern
Designation: HR Intern
Experience: Fresher or final year students

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Managing talent acquisition and talent management.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements, through various sources like job portals, LinkedIn etc, screening, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback.
• Coordinating with TPO for Campus placements.
• Assisting with Pre-Employment Processes.
• Coordinating new hire onboarding, issuing employment documents/letters and maintaining personnel files.
• Assisting in development and maintenance of policies procedures.
• Assisting in employee relations concerns, PIP, disciplinary issues.
• Managing exit process, exit interviews, reference checks etc.
• HR administrative tasks.
• Introducing and setting up the HR processes as the need arises.
• Managing attendance and leaves through HRIS and preparing payroll data. Also tracking the time sheet on a regular basis for the employees.
• Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team.
• Managing and organizing office events on various festivals.
Desired Skills and Abilities
• Must have excellent oral written communication skills in English.
• Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
• Ability to correctly make decisions involving employee issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to management.
• Ability to effectively learn and acquire new technologies, tools, knowledge and skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail writing.
• Must be a quick learner
Stipend and Other Details:
1. INR 5K stipend will be given during the first 3-months of internship period and upto INR 10k stipend for next 3 months of internship.
2. There is an opportunity to be hired full-time after the internship.
3. Candidates would be required to use their own laptop.
4. This is a remote position but you should be open to join from office if required duration 6 months of internship.
5. Working hours will be 8 hours, Monday to Friday
