Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process2. Build a market-based pay structure from scratch3. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates5. Create and implement effective onboarding plans6. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems7.
