About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
2. Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and compensation packages
3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and culture
5. Work to provide HR-related training and coaching to managers and employees
6. Work to stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, tools, and technologies
7. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and ADA
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
6. SHRM certification is a plus
