About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• * Design and update job descriptions
• * Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Internshala, Indeed, etc.)
• * Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• * Screen received resumes and applications of the candidates
• * Advertise job openings on social media and other hiring platforms
• * Maintain the ATS or recruitment tracker on a daily basis
• * Send job confirmation emails and handle the compensation and benefits. related queries to the selected candidates
• * Assist HR and other teams in other operations-related activities
• * Schedule regular interviews of the candidates (via phone and video calls)
• Skills And Other Requirements
• * Bachelor/Master in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
• * Familiar with the recruitment life cycle
• * Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• * Should have a learning attitude
• * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Additional Information
• * Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm
• Earn certifications in these skills
