Human Resources Generalist
LHH is currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist, with a background in building strong partnerships with internal and external stake holders. This is the ideal position for an experienced HR professional committed to meeting company goals comfortable with leading HR based implementations and who is comfortable interfacing with professionals at all levels of leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Guiding strategic conversations and implementations across the HR business unit.
· Support the needs of a multiple leaders across business units.
· Manage all HR functions including compliance and auditing, benefits enrollment, on-boarding, training and development, employee relations.
· Driving strategic programs to increase retention and reduce vacancy of open positions.
· Assist managers with all employee relations including potential investigations
· Maintaining compliance with all company and government regulations
· Provide on-going mentorship to HR team
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 5 plus years of human resource experience
· Experience engaging with strategic HR functions such as: Compensation Studies, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Managing HR Budget, etc.
Employment Type: Full-time On-Site role
Hours: Monday through Friday
Salary: 70,000 to 85,000 based on experience
