In this role, you are expected to understand the culture and tradition of TCPL in order to source the best possible talent. Also to create a bonding though various engagement activities internally. # KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source the best talent from the market by developing creative and diverse sourcing plans, leverage social networking other recruiting tools available in the market to connect with a broad and a diverse talent space Mapping of Recruitment Agencies and identification of TOP Recruiters Build relationship with recruiter fraternity and promote TRUSTKLUB Brand Maintain the updated Recruiter database and create pipelines for future requirements Participate in research / execution of OD projects  Plan, arrange and execute the engagement programs successfully Act as HR SPOC for specific LOBs# EDUCATION EXPERIENCE · Graduate . Strong in MS Office. Digital Savvy. Ideally 23 - 26 years. Min 6 months experience in recruitment · Excellent with people skills, high on energy and always active.
