HR Executive will support HR operations and coordinate payroll, taxation, statutory compliance, employee insurance, time management system, leave management system, policies, and processes. HR Executive will also support for recruitment, training HR development activities.

Location: Gurgaon / Chennai (India)

Your tasks
• Support general HR operations and handle employee queries.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor for payroll processing, checking of payroll and confirmation.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor for all employee income tax related matter.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor for statutory compliance and statutory return filings.
• Coordinate with vendor for maintenance of Shops Establishment registers and notices.
• Administer Time Management System and Leave Management system and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with insurance vendor and with new employees / addition / deletion of members to complete the enrolment process for group employee insurance.
• Manage version control of Employee HR Handbook for all the changes in policies and processes.
• Manage policy and compliance of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place.
• Manage recruitments process, job posting, profiles sourcing, shortlisting arrange interviews.
• Organize online test (Technical English) for new recruitments.
• Coordinate with new employee and with vendor to complete the background verification.
• Release offer letter and appointment letter, manage onboarding induction process.
• Handle employee queries in coordination with vendor related to Payroll, Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, Taxation.
• Prepare monthly employee headcount report.
• Manage trainings in-house or public training, including registration logistics for trainings.
• Manage appraisal salary increment process for closer of performance management system.
• Support HR Manager in HR development area.
• Adhoc task assigned by regional HR.

Your profile

Education
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline (Preferable in HR)

Experience
• Min. 3 - 5 year of experience in General HR operations, Payroll and Compliance

Requirements
• Good communications skills
• Knowledge of Shops Establishment compliance
• Ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented and flexible approach to work
• Proficiency in PC software and good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Proficiency in English
• Language skill for Hindi or Tamil would be advantageous
• 10% travel requirement
