Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Intern. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for creating and implementing HR initiatives and strategies that align with our overall business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and management to address requests, grievances, or other issues.
• Foster a supportive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Gather payroll data, such as leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates; screen resumes and application forms.
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
• Identify potential vendors and generate leads through online research, networking, and industry events.
• Maintain office services by organizing operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and assigning clerical functions.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
