Human Resources Coordinator |Contingent Workforce|
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Contingent workers make up a significant percentage of BCGs overall workforce and is a specialist division of HR. As part of the newly formed Global Contingent worker team this will be a key role in growing the Function capability and support the CWR leadership in implementing an Integrated Contingent worker strategy for BCG..
Responsibility of the role include:
• Day to day management of onboarding and extensions of Contingent workers, utilising IT Connect and Workday
• Advising GS internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes relating to contingent work force
• Responsible to the CWR data integrity within the GS community
• Assisting with the building and maintaining of the CWR global microsite
• Ownership of the GS contingent worker mailbox and slack channels
• Weekly reporting for key stakeholders
• Working closely with HR Operations, finance and IT.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
This global role requires collaboration from many different business areas and being the liaison between Business partners, finance, core HR and IT functions, focusing on the Global services Contingent worker communities facilitating the onboarding of the workers, to excel in the role
• An ability to work within matrix teams.
• Solution orientated and enjoy problem solving
• Strong custom focus, and ability Liaising with stakeholder via various mediums
• Demonstrates accountability, ownership and ability to handle confidential information
• Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure with an eye for detail
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)
• A Graduate degree or equivalent
• Must have strong written and oral communications skills
• Must have Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Desirable Knowledge of working with Service Now and Workday
