Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives tailored to the needs of the organization
Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategies that enable employee engagement and productivity
Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are consistently applied and followed
Provide coaching and counseling to business leaders to support effective talent management
Evaluate and assess current HR processes and procedures, and recommend improvements
Facilitate and manage the organization's recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Monitor and analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employee contracts and job descriptions
Manage and resolve any personnel-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and federal and state laws and regulations relating to HR
