Job Title: HR Operations Assistant

Job Description:
• This position involves supporting HR operations, coordinating hiring and onboarding processes, and assisting with internal HR projects.
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.
• The ideal candidate will be able to maintain HR records, update internal systems, and draft internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records and update internal systems.
• Help coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
• Draft internal communications and assist in policy updates.
• Collaborate with other departments for HR-related tasks.
• Perform research and prepare HR reports or presentations as needed.
• Take an active role in shaping company culture.
• Supporting PR initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment or HR operations.
