Human Capital Administrator
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases, responding to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions; maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases; responding to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures; and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated conflicts and creating a team collaboration climate that fosters a harmonious and productive work environment.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in core HR operations roles, with a proven track record of success in HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
