Job Description
CEDA is looking for an HSE Administrator at our Bonnyville office location. This is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Manager, Health, Safety Environment. Candidates must live local to the Bonnyville area.

Key Duties Responsibilities

Assist leaders and HSE team with incident review and approval process in Intelex
Coordinate and fulfil requests as part of the Live Safe Now Recognition Program and maintain records
Maintain the employee profiles in the HSE systems and databases
Perform data entry in HSE databases and retrieve reports as required
Create customized reports and update HSE information within targeted timeframe
Facilitate training on the HSE systems
Collaborate with other corporate service teams within CEDA outside of the Bonnyville location
Daily communication with internal and external clients
Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications

2+ years of administration experience required
HSE administrator or field administrator experience is an asset
HSE diploma/certificate and/or National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation is an asset
Related industry experience would be a definite asset
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite - comfortable creating custom PowerPoints, creating and editing both excel and word documents
Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to health and safety
Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and Verbal)
Strong organization, prioritization, skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to work with limited supervision and in a team environment
You have the capacity to problem solve and thrive in high pressure situations
Quick Learner, especially when it comes to computer programs
Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
