Reporting to the Total Reward and HR Services Director and working closely with the IT team, you will act as the lead for all HRIS-related projects (Payroll, Time Management, etc.).

You are responsible for sound data management, training, ongoing user support, optimizing existing systems, and deploying new functionalities in compliance with the policies of Nortera's 15 sites.

THE ROLE:
• Coordinates and participates in the implementation of new human resources systems, modules, or functionalities, in collaboration with the various teams involved (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance), and ensures communications related to these different projects.
• Manages, coaches, and motivates staff under their supervision, ensuring their development.
• Actively participates in the development, optimization, and updating of HR dashboards and various analytical requests.
• Designs training programs and work procedures, and acts as a resource person.
• Works in close collaboration with various external suppliers to ensure systems align well with internal policies. Is also responsible for technological watch.
• In collaboration with the IT team, ensures data security/system updates and guarantees the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Actively participates in the development, optimization, and updating of HR dashboards.
• Participates in various initiatives and projects aimed at utilizing HR data.

YOUR PROFILE:
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of time management, payroll, and HR systems (UKG an asset).
• Aptitude with information systems and experience in report development.
• Experience in project management and business analysis.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong critical thinking, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and sense of initiative.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and strong communication skills.
