· Sourcing Screening Candidates
· Source and screen profiles through various channels including job portals, internal databases, social media, and referrals.
· Ensure a minimum backup of three qualified candidates for every open position.
· Maintain and update candidate records accurately in the PeopleSoft (PS) system.
· TAT: All open positions to be closed within 30 days.
· Candidate Onboarding
· Manage end-to-end onboarding of selected candidates, ensuring documentation and induction processes are completed.
· Update onboarding details in PS within 1 working day post-joining.
· Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
· Employee Engagement
· Plan and coordinate monthly employee engagement and bonding activities.
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure active participation and effectiveness of events.
· Frequency: Minimum one activity every month.
· Employee Feedback and Surveys
· Develop and implement employee feedback surveys to assess engagement, satisfaction, and areas of improvement.
· Analyze results and prepare summary reports for HR leadership.
· Frequency: Once every two months.
· Coordination with IT for New Joiners
· Share asset requirement lists with the IT team immediately after the candidate accepts the offer.
· Ensure timely allocation of IT assets (laptops, access credentials, etc.) before the candidate’s joining date.
· Maintain a tracker to ensure compliance and readiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
