Job Title: HR Recruiter (Male Candidates Only)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Manage the hiring process for blue-collar and white-collar positions from screening to offer.
Ensure timely and efficient recruitment for both types of positions.
Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline for blue-collar and white-collar hiring needs.
Qualifications:

Graduation is a must.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + PF ESI benefits.
Location: 401, Ethics Group, 4th floor, International Business Centre, Piplod, Surat.
