Maintaining employee records and confidential data
4. Attendance Leave Management
Monitoring attendance and working hours
Managing leave requests and approvals
Updating leave records and handling sick/medical leave cases
5. Employee Engagement Welfare
Organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events
Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution
Supporting employee wellbeing and professional growth
6. Payroll Compensation
Coordinating with finance for salary processing
Managing bonuses, increments, and deductions
Addressing payroll-related queries
7. Performance Management
Assisting in setting KPIs and appraisal processes
Gathering feedback and performance data

Preparing HR metrics and reports
Participating in internal and external audits
