Position: Recruitment Executive / Recruiter / Interns

Location: Bhandup (Near Station)

Looking For Female Candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

Involved in end to end Recruitment.
Understanding requirements of the clients.
Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal etc.
Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills, qualifications technical expertise.
Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization overview.
Scheduling face to face interviews with the Client Company and Interview coordination.
Sharing feedback with candidates given by client.
Maintaining MIS on daily Basis.
